Il Meursault di André Goichot è un grande bianco di Borgogna, ottenuto da uve Chardonnay coltivate nei rinomati terroir della Côte de Beaune, capace di coniugare eleganza, struttura e complessità aromatica.
La vinificazione prevede fermentazione e affinamento in botti di rovere francese, parte nuove e parte usate, che arricchiscono il vino con profondità e finezza senza coprire il carattere varietale.
Nel calice si presenta con un colore giallo dorato luminoso, al naso offre sentori di agrumi maturi, frutta a polpa gialla, nocciola tostata, burro e note minerali, mentre al palato è pieno, avvolgente e cremoso, sostenuto da una spiccata freschezza e da un finale lungo e persistente.
Si abbina magnificamente a piatti di pesce elaborati, crostacei, carni bianche delicate e formaggi a pasta molle.
