Orders are generally entrusted to the courier within 3 working days of receipt of payment (barring unforeseen circumstances) and delivery times vary according to the destination and the carrier's timetable.
Generally after the parcels are entrusted to the courier, for delivery in Italy it takes from 24 to 72 working hours, for shipments abroad delivery times can be longer, times are always estimated and in no way guaranteed.
Shipping cost
The shipping cost for Italy is € 12.99 for any quantity purchased, without increases. For a cost of more than 150.00 euros the shipping costs are free for Italy, collection in the store is always free.
All "Bag in Box" products are excluded from free shipping, even if placed in a mixed order.
For this type of product there is always an incremental shipping contribution which varies according to the weight of the products placed in the cart.
Shipping costs abroad are always paid.

Shipping and packaging

We dedicate a lot of care to the packaging of the products, thanks to the experience in the field of couriers, who are not always delicate in handling the packages. We entrust the packages to various partners, UPS, DHL, BRT who guarantee the utmost competence, reliability and professionalism in the service.
If you have doubts about the integrity of the package received, it is essential to write the following wording on the delivery note: "Acceptance subject to control" clearly specifying any visible damage to the package, a generic reserve without specifics has no value, write exactly the type of damage or lack reported!

Attention: for shipments outside the EU there may be customs duties. Countries where they may apply are: Australia, Canada, South Korea, Japan, Israel, New Zealand, United Kingdom, Singapore, South Africa, and Taiwan.
Protection of minors
The sale of alcohol is forbidden to minors under the age of 18. By concluding the transaction, the customer undertakes to be 18 years old on the date of the order.
Billing
We do not include tax documentation in the packages. Anyone wishing an invoice will have to request it at the time of purchase, if not specifically requested, it will no longer be possible to request it later.

The presentation of the products on the site or through the applications for mobile devices constitutes an invitation to offer. Your order will therefore be considered as your contractual purchase proposal addressed to Bevi Bene srl for the products listed, each considered individually.
The photos of the products are purely indicative, the label or vintage may be different from that indicated in the photo or in the title of the advertisement.
If you want to buy one or more products, you can select them one at a time, adding them to your cart. In case of impossibility of shipment to a specific address, product not actually available in stock or incorrect price indication, Bevi Bene srl has the right to refuse the purchase of the potential buyer.
If we are unable to ship for any reason to the address indicated in the order, we will contact you to find out if there is the possibility of shipping to another address, in the case of another country with a price difference, the buyer will be required to pay an increase. or to have a refund if the shipment cost more or less than what has already been paid.
If the product is available online but in the process of processing it is actually out of stock, we will contact you to offer you an alternative of equal value or a refund.
If, due to misunderstandings or other inconveniences, the price indicated on the site should be lower than the correct selling price of a product, we will contact you to check whether you still want to purchase the product at the correct price by paying the difference, otherwise your order will not be able to be accepted and you will be refunded.
Right of withdrawal
The consumer has the right, within a period of 14 days from receipt of the goods, to exercise the right of withdrawal, which consists of the right to return the purchased goods to the seller, and the consequent right to a refund of the relative purchase price.

Details and conditions for exercising the right of withdrawal
The law applies to the product purchased in its entirety and integrity. It is not possible to exercise withdrawal only on part of the purchased product. The purchased goods must be intact and returned in the original packaging, complete in all its parts.
By law, the shipping costs are charged to the customer. The return shipment, until the certificate of receipt in our warehouse is received, is under the complete responsibility of the customer. In case of damage to the goods during transport, we will notify the customer of the incident (within the working day following receipt of the goods in their warehouses), to allow him to promptly file a complaint against the courier he has chosen and obtain a refund of the value of the goods (if insured): in this case, the product will be returned, with shipping costs charged to the customer, at the same time canceling the request for withdrawal.
Enoteca Bevi Bene is not responsible in any way for damage or theft / loss of goods returned by uninsured shipments; upon its arrival at the warehouse, the product will be examined to assess any damage or tampering not caused by transport.
If the original internal / external packaging is damaged, Enoteca Bevi Bene will deduct from the refund due a percentage equal to 20% of the same, as a contribution to the costs of restoring the goods. Without prejudice to any repair costs for damage to the original packaging, Enoteca Bevi Bene will refund the customer the full amount already paid, excluding shipping costs, within 30 days from the date of return of the goods.
It will be the customer's responsibility to promptly provide the bank details on which to obtain the transfer. The right of withdrawal is totally lost, due to lack of the essential condition of integrity of the property (packaging and / or its contents).
The obligations assumed by the customer (Obligations of the buyer), as well as the guarantee of the successful completion of the payment that the customer makes, are essential, so that by express agreement, the non-fulfillment by the Customer of only one of these obligations will determine the termination of the contract by law pursuant to Article 1456 of the Italian Civil Code, without the need for judicial ruling, without prejudice to the right of Enoteca Bevi Bene to take legal action for compensation for further damage.
Applicable law and competent court
This contract is regulated by the Italian law. In the case of a consumer user, the Court of residence or domicile of the consumer will have jurisdiction, if located in Italy. For any other dispute, however, the Court of Asti will be competent, the user can use the alternative extrajudicial procedure of the European Union accessible at the link:
