Saracco - Piemonte Moscato DOP "Moscato d'Autunno"

Versione più ricca e matura del classico Moscato, il "Moscato d'Autunno" di Saracco nasce da uve Moscato Bianco raccolte tardivamente, quando il frutto raggiunge la piena maturazione aromatica. È un vino che celebra la morbidezza e la profondità del vitigno in una veste più complessa e avvolgente.
La vinificazione prevede pressatura soffice, fermentazione a temperatura controllata e interruzione del processo fermentativo per mantenere il residuo zuccherino naturale. Segue affinamento in acciaio per conservare freschezza e aromaticità.
Si presenta di colore giallo dorato brillante. Al naso offre note intense di miele, pesca matura, albicocca, agrumi canditi e fiori bianchi. Al palato è vellutato, aromatico e persistente, con un equilibrio perfetto tra dolcezza e vivacità.
Ideale con dolci a base di frutta, pasticceria secca, crostate e formaggi stagionati o erborinati.
