Terlan - Alto Adige Terlano Terlaner DOC Cuvée

Il Terlaner Cuvée di Cantina Terlan è un bianco simbolo dell’Alto Adige, espressione autentica del territorio e della sua tradizione enologica. Frutto di un sapiente assemblaggio di Pinot Bianco, Chardonnay e Sauvignon Blanc, unisce freschezza, struttura e complessità aromatica.
La vinificazione prevede fermentazione in acciaio e affinamento sui lieviti fini per diversi mesi, per esaltare equilibrio e profondità senza ricorrere al legno.
Al calice si presenta con un colore giallo paglierino brillante, mentre al naso offre profumi di mela, pesca bianca e agrumi, accompagnati da delicate note minerali. In bocca è elegante, sapido e armonioso, con finale lungo e pulito.
Ideale in abbinamento a antipasti di pesce, piatti a base di crostacei o carni bianche delicate, ma anche con formaggi freschi e risotti alle verdure.
