Il Müller Thurgau della Cantina San Michele Appiano è un vino bianco fresco e aromatico, che esprime al meglio le caratteristiche del vitigno. Alla vista si presenta con un colore giallo paglierino dai riflessi verdognoli. Il bouquet è delicato e floreale, con note di fieno e sentori di moscato. Al palato è raffinato ed elegante, con una piacevole acidità che dona equilibrio e freschezza. _x000D_ La vinificazione avviene in tini d'acciaio, senza passaggio in legno, per preservare la purezza del frutto e la vivacità aromatica.
