Il Pinot Bianco "Schulthauser" della Cantina San Michele Appiano è un vino elegante e armonioso, caratterizzato da un profilo aromatico raffinato. Si presenta con un colore giallo paglierino dai riflessi verdognoli e offre al naso intense note di mela, pera e fiori bianchi. _x000D_ La vinificazione avviene per l'85% in tini d'acciaio e per il 15% in botti di legno, con successiva fermentazione malolattica per conferire maggiore complessità e morbidezza al vino. _x000D_ Al palato si distingue per la sua freschezza e struttura equilibrata, con una piacevole cremosità che lo rende versatile negli abbinamenti gastronomici. Perfetto come aperitivo, si abbina magnificamente a frutti di mare, pesce, piatti delicati di selvaggina di piuma e specialità tirolesi come gli Schlutzkrapfen o gnocchi al formaggio.
