Un Sauvignon Blanc neozelandese di grande eleganza prodotto da Palliser Estate nella rinomata regione di Martinborough, celebre per i suoi vini freschi e aromatici. Vinificato in acciaio inox per preservare la purezza del frutto e l’espressione varietale, questo vino riflette lo stile distintivo del terroir della costa sud dell’Isola del Nord. Alla vista si presenta con un colore giallo paglierino brillante. Il naso è intenso e vibrante, con profumi di frutta tropicale, agrumi, erbe aromatiche e leggere sfumature minerali. Al palato è fresco, teso e sapido, con una bella persistenza fruttata che richiama il pompelmo e il frutto della passione. Perfetto in abbinamento con crostacei, sushi, tartare di pesce, caprini freschi e piatti vegetariani dalle note agrumate.
