Use and storage

Cleaning: before consumption it is advisable to clean the truffles with a damp brush in order to remove the residues of earth still present. Possibly, washing under water should be avoided.

Recommended dose: 5 - 10 grams per person and per dish intended to be enriched with truffles.

Optimal storage: remove the truffles from their original packaging and store them in an airtight jar placed in the vegetable department of the refrigerator. The truffle must be wrapped in kitchen paper which must be replaced every day. Alternatively, you can fill the jar with rice which, after consuming the truffle, can be cooked.
