Questa preziosa mezza bottiglia di Sauternes firmata Dourthe Frères proviene dallo storico Chateau Lafon, situato nel cuore di una delle più rinomate aree di produzione di vini dolci al mondo, ed è il risultato di una vendemmia botritizzata che regala vini longevi e ricchi di fascino.
La vinificazione prevede una fermentazione lenta in barrique seguita da un lungo affinamento in legno, durante il quale il vino sviluppa complessità, equilibrio e straordinaria eleganza.
Alla vista si mostra con un colore dorato intenso. Il profilo olfattivo è avvolgente, con note di albicocca secca, miele, scorza d'arancia candita e leggere sfumature di spezie dolci. In bocca è vellutato e profondo, con una dolcezza bilanciata da una vibrante freschezza e una persistenza aromatica straordinaria.
Perfetto in abbinamento con foie gras, formaggi erborinati, crostate alla frutta o da meditazione a fine pasto.
