Un Metodo Classico di grande finezza firmato Cascina Chicco, emblema dell’eleganza e dell’identità piemontese.
Ottenuto da uve Pinot Nero e Chardonnay coltivate in alta collina, affina per oltre 30 mesi sui lieviti, raggiungendo equilibrio e complessità notevoli.
Al naso si apre con profumi di crosta di pane, agrumi e fiori bianchi, con delicate sfumature minerali, mentre al palato è fresco, cremoso e sapido, con bollicina fine e finale persistente.
Perfetto come aperitivo o in abbinamento a crudi di pesce, crostacei, sushi e piatti raffinati della cucina contemporanea.
