Coppo - Altalanga DOCG "Luigi Coppo" Pas Dosè

Spumante metodo classico che rappresenta l’espressione più pura e rigorosa dell’Alta Langa firmata Coppo, realizzato senza dosaggio per esaltare freschezza e territorialità.
La vinificazione prevede pressatura soffice e fermentazione in acciaio, con lungo affinamento sui lieviti in bottiglia per ottenere complessità e finezza, senza l’aggiunta di zuccheri in fase di dégorgement.
Si presenta giallo paglierino brillante con perlage fine e persistente, al naso offre note di agrumi, fiori bianchi e sfumature minerali, al palato è teso, secco e vibrante, con grande precisione e persistenza.
Ideale come aperitivo per gli amanti degli spumanti secchi, accompagna crudi di mare, ostriche, sushi e piatti delicati della cucina gourmet.
