La Cuvée Dolce di Casa Sant'Orsola è uno spumante dolce ottenuto da uve Moscato e Malvasia, vinificate con il metodo Charmat in serbatoi di acciaio inox, senza passaggio in legno. Si presenta di colore giallo paglierino brillante, con bollicine fini e persistenti. Al naso offre un bouquet aromatico e dolce, con note di frutta matura e fiori bianchi. Al palato è morbido, dolce e fresco, con una piacevole aromaticità.

Ideale come aperitivo sorprendente, si abbina perfettamente a biscotti, pasticceria secca e dessert. Si consiglia di servirlo a una temperatura di 6-10 °C.
