Contratto - Asti Spumante Metodo Classico DOCG "De Miranda"

Il "De Miranda" di Contratto è un Asti Spumante DOCG ottenuto da uve Moscato al 100%, provenienti da vigne situate nel comune di Canelli. La fermentazione avviene in autoclave per circa un mese, seguita da un affinamento sui lieviti per tre anni, conferendo al vino complessità e profondità. Al naso, emergono sentori di frutta secca e pasta sablé, in perfetto equilibrio con aromi di salvia e timo. Al palato, si presenta dolce, cremoso e minerale, con una gradazione alcolica dell'8%. Questo spumante è ideale come aperitivo o in abbinamento a pasticceria secca e torte a base di crema pasticcera.
