Casa Defrà - Colli Berici Riserva DOC

La Riserva dei Colli Berici firmata Casa Defrà è un rosso veneto che racconta l’anima autentica di questo territorio, caratterizzato da terreni vulcanici e collinari che donano struttura e intensità ai vini.
La vinificazione prevede una fermentazione tradizionale seguita da un affinamento in botti di rovere, che arricchisce il vino di morbidezza e complessità aromatica mantenendo vivo il carattere varietale.
Alla vista si presenta con un colore rosso rubino intenso con riflessi granati. Il profilo olfattivo regala note di frutti rossi maturi, spezie dolci, vaniglia e leggere sfumature balsamiche. Al palato è pieno, avvolgente e ben equilibrato, con tannini morbidi e un finale persistente e armonico.
Perfetto con primi piatti di carne, arrosti, brasati e formaggi stagionati.
