Un rosso umbro di straordinaria intensità, espressione autentica del vitigno Sagrantino e della filosofia biologica delle Tenute Lunelli.
La vinificazione prevede una lunga macerazione e un affinamento in legno, che conferisce struttura, complessità e capacità di evoluzione nel tempo.
Alla vista si presenta con colore rosso rubino profondo, al naso offre profumi intensi di frutta nera matura, spezie dolci, tabacco e note balsamiche; al palato è potente, tannico ma elegante, con grande persistenza e carattere deciso.
Ideale con piatti di carne importanti, cacciagione, selvaggina e formaggi stagionati.
