Castello di Bolgheri - Bolgheri DOC "Varvàna" 2022 0,75 lt.

Il "Varvàna" di Castello di Bolgheri è un raffinato Bolgheri DOC che unisce struttura e freschezza in un equilibrio armonico, frutto di un’attenta selezione di uve Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot e Syrah coltivate nei vigneti collinari della tenuta. La vinificazione avviene in acciaio con fermentazione a temperatura controllata, seguita da un affinamento in barrique di rovere francese per circa 12 mesi, che arricchisce il vino di complessità e morbidezza. Alla vista si presenta con un colore rosso rubino intenso. Al naso sprigiona profumi eleganti di frutti di bosco maturi, spezie dolci, note tostate e accenni balsamici. In bocca è morbido, rotondo e ben strutturato, con tannini setosi e un finale persistente e saporito. Si abbina perfettamente a carni rosse, arrosti, selvaggina e formaggi stagionati.
