Chateau Lynch Bages è uno dei nomi più emblematici del Médoc, capace di coniugare potenza e raffinatezza in un Pauillac Grand Cru Classé di straordinaria longevità. La vinificazione avviene con metodi tradizionali in tini di acciaio e cemento, seguita da un affinamento di circa 15-18 mesi in barrique di rovere francese, in parte nuove. Alla vista si presenta con un colore rubino profondo. Il bouquet è complesso, con note di frutti neri, cassis, grafite, spezie e tabacco. Al palato è strutturato, ricco, con tannini ben presenti ma eleganti e un finale lungo e persistente. Ideale con carni rosse, selvaggina, piatti a base di funghi e formaggi stagionati.
