Il Timorasso “Derthona” di Renato Ratti è un bianco piemontese di straordinaria eleganza, capace di unire struttura, freschezza e complessità aromatica.
Ottenuto da uve Timorasso coltivate sui colli tortonesi, viene vinificato in acciaio e affinato sui lieviti per alcuni mesi, così da sviluppare profondità e carattere minerale.
Alla vista si presenta di un colore giallo dorato luminoso; al naso esprime profumi di frutta matura, agrumi, miele e leggere note di erbe aromatiche.
Al palato è pieno, sapido e persistente, con un perfetto equilibrio tra freschezza e struttura.
Ideale in abbinamento con piatti di pesce, carni bianche e formaggi stagionati.
