La Spinetta - Langhe Bianco Sauvignon DOC "Reserved Selection"

Un Sauvignon elegante e complesso firmato La Spinetta, che unisce la freschezza tipica del vitigno a una notevole profondità aromatica. Nato da una selezione riservata delle migliori uve, rappresenta un’interpretazione raffinata e moderna del bianco piemontese.
La vinificazione avviene in acciaio a temperatura controllata, con successivo affinamento sui lieviti per alcuni mesi, così da esaltare struttura e complessità aromatica.
Al calice si presenta di colore giallo paglierino brillante. Al naso emergono note di frutta tropicale, agrumi e leggere sfumature erbacee, mentre al palato è fresco, minerale e persistente, con un finale elegante e sapido.
Perfetto con antipasti di mare, pesce alla griglia, verdure croccanti e formaggi freschi.
