Ataj

Il 'Ataj' di Cascina Castlèt è un vino bianco ottenuto da uve Chardonnay coltivate nelle colline di Costigliole d'Asti, nel cuore del Piemonte. Dopo una pressatura soffice, il mosto fermenta in vasche d'acciaio a temperatura controllata, preservando la freschezza e gli aromi tipici del vitigno. Successivamente, il vino affina sui lieviti per alcuni mesi, arricchendosi di complessità e struttura. Al calice si presenta con un colore giallo paglierino brillante. Al naso offre profumi intensi di frutta a polpa bianca, note floreali e un delicato sentore agrumato. Al palato è fresco, equilibrato e di buona persistenza, con una piacevole nota minerale. Si abbina perfettamente a piatti di pesce, carni bianche e formaggi freschi.
