Il "Podere Rocche dei Manzoni Langhe Chardonnay DOC L'Angelica" è un vino bianco elegante e raffinato, prodotto con uve Chardonnay coltivate nei vigneti di Monforte d'Alba, nel cuore delle Langhe.
Questo vino rappresenta l'interpretazione piemontese del celebre vitigno internazionale, esprimendo complessità e finezza.
La vinificazione avviene in acciaio a temperatura controllata, seguita da un affinamento in botti di rovere francese, che conferisce al vino struttura e note aromatiche complesse.
Alla vista si presenta con un colore giallo paglierino brillante.
Al naso offre profumi intensi di frutta a polpa gialla, come pesca e albicocca, accompagnati da delicate note floreali e sentori di vaniglia e burro derivanti dall'affinamento in legno.
In bocca è morbido e avvolgente, con una buona freschezza e sapidità che equilibrano la struttura, e un finale lungo e persistente.
Si abbina perfettamente a piatti a base di pesce, crostacei, carni bianche e formaggi a pasta molle.
Un Chardonnay di carattere, capace di esprimere il terroir delle Langhe con eleganza e personalità.
