Bianco storico del Roero, l’Arneis di Vietti esprime eleganza, freschezza e immediatezza aromatica, con uno stile pulito e impeccabile.
La vinificazione avviene in acciaio a temperatura controllata, seguita da un breve affinamento sulle fecce fini che dona maggior volume e complessità senza perdere fragranza.
Nel calice è paglierino brillante; al naso emergono note di pera, mela, agrumi, erbe delicate e un accenno floreale; al palato è fresco, equilibrato, morbido e caratterizzato da una piacevole mineralità finale.
Perfetto con antipasti leggeri, pesce, verdure grigliate, carni bianche delicate e formaggi freschi.
