Bellavista - Franciacorta DOCG "Alma Assemblage 2" Extra Brut 0,75 lt.

Franciacorta simbolo della maison Bellavista, l’Alma Assemblage 2 esprime freschezza, equilibrio e finezza grazie a un’accurata selezione di uve e alla tipica eleganza del territorio.
La vinificazione avviene in acciaio e in parte in legno, con un lungo affinamento sui lieviti che dona cremosità, complessità e una struttura armoniosa.
Nel calice è luminoso con perlage sottile; al naso emergono note di agrumi, fiori bianchi, frutta a polpa gialla e delicati richiami di pasticceria; al palato è teso, secco, elegante e sostenuto da una vivace mineralità.
Perfetto come aperitivo, con pesce crudo, crostacei, sushi e piatti delicati della cucina moderna.
