Champagne di straordinaria autenticità firmato Benoit Lahaye, vignaiolo artigiano e pioniere della viticoltura biodinamica nella Montagne de Reims.
Ottenuto prevalentemente da uve Pinot Noir provenienti da vigneti Grand Cru, è vinificato in legno e proposto senza dosaggio per esaltare al massimo la purezza del terroir.
Al naso rivela profumi intensi di frutti rossi, agrumi e note tostate, con accenni minerali e floreali.
In bocca è energico, profondo e teso, con una struttura elegante e un finale lungo e salino.
Perfetto con ostriche, crostacei o piatti a base di pesce, è uno Champagne sincero, complesso e di grande personalità.
