Bouché Père & Fils - Champagne AOC Millésime 2011 Extra Brut

Un Millésime di grande personalità, il 2011 Extra Brut di Bouché Père & Fils rappresenta l’eccellenza dello Champagne d’annata. Ottenuto da un’accurata selezione di Chardonnay e Pinot Noir provenienti da parcelle Premier Cru, esprime eleganza, equilibrio e profondità aromatica.
La vinificazione avviene in acciaio con successivo affinamento sui lieviti per oltre 8 anni, che regala complessità, struttura e una raffinata cremosità, mantenendo una freschezza vivace grazie al dosaggio minimo.
Al calice sfoggia un colore dorato luminoso con perlage fine e continuo. Al naso rivela note di agrumi canditi, nocciola tostata e miele d’acacia, mentre in bocca è ampio, minerale e persistente, con un finale elegante e asciutto.
Ideale per accompagnare piatti di alta cucina, come crostacei, carpacci di pesce, tartare o formaggi stagionati di pregio.
