Louis Roederer - Champagne Rosè AOC "Vintage Rosè"

Il Louis Roederer Vintage Rosé è uno Champagne di grande finezza ed eleganza, frutto di una selezione accurata delle uve provenienti dai migliori vigneti della Maison, con particolare attenzione ai cru della Montagne de Reims e della Côte des Blancs.
La vinificazione prevede l’assemblaggio di Pinot Noir e Chardonnay, con una parte di Pinot Noir vinificato in rosso per conferire struttura e colore, seguito da un lungo affinamento sui lieviti in bottiglia che ne arricchisce complessità e armonia.
Alla vista si presenta con un affascinante colore rosa tenue con riflessi ramati, al naso esprime sentori intensi di frutti rossi, agrumi canditi e delicate note floreali, mentre al palato rivela freschezza, equilibrio e una raffinata mineralità, sostenuta da una bollicina fine e persistente.
Perfetto come aperitivo di prestigio, accompagna con eleganza piatti a base di crostacei, sushi, carpacci di pesce e carni bianche delicate.
