Pittatore Giuseppe - Barolo DOCG

Barolo di grande tradizione, espressione classica delle colline di Langa, caratterizzato da un profilo elegante e strutturato che rappresenta al meglio lo stile artigianale del produttore. Viene vinificato con lunga macerazione e affinamento in legno, pratica tipica per valorizzare la complessità del Nebbiolo e favorire un’evoluzione armoniosa. Al calice si presenta con colore granato luminoso, profumi di rosa secca, spezie e note eteree, mentre al palato è ampio, austero, con tannino fine e lunga persistenza. Perfetto con brasati, selvaggina, formaggi stagionati e piatti ricchi della cucina piemontese.
