Castello di Verduno - Barolo Riserva DOCG "Monvigliero" 0,75 lt.

Barolo di straordinaria eleganza proveniente dal celebre cru Monvigliero, una delle vigne più vocate del Verduno, capace di esprimere finezza, profondità e una cifra aromatica inconfondibile.
La vinificazione segue metodi tradizionali con lunghe macerazioni e un prolungato affinamento in botte grande, che dona armonia, complessità e una struttura setosa senza sovrapporre il legno al carattere del Nebbiolo.
Nel calice si presenta granato luminoso; al naso emergono note di rosa, spezie fini, ciliegia, tabacco e un’elegante sfumatura balsamica; al palato è ampio, raffinato, persistente, con tannini setosi e impeccabile equilibrio.
Perfetto con brasati, selvaggina, piatti di grande struttura e formaggi stagionati.
