Barbera d'Asti Superiore "Litina"

La Barbera d'Asti Superiore "Litina" di Cascina Castlèt è un vino rosso piemontese ottenuto da uve 100% Barbera, provenienti dai vigneti situati a Costigliole d'Asti. Dopo una fermentazione tradizionale, il vino matura per circa 8 mesi in botti di rovere, seguiti da ulteriori 12 mesi di affinamento in bottiglia. Al calice si presenta con un colore rosso rubino intenso tendente al granato con l'invecchiamento. Al naso offre un bouquet complesso e persistente, con note di vaniglia e frutti di bosco. Al palato è secco, caldo, di corpo, con una struttura equilibrata e una piacevole morbidezza. Si consiglia di servirlo a una temperatura di 18°C in calici ampi. Ottimo in abbinamento a primi piatti con ragù di carne o selvaggina, secondi di carne, stufati, arrosti e formaggi di media stagionatura come tome e pecorini.
