La Nizza Riserva "La Vigna dell'Angelo" è un'eccellente espressione della Barbera, prodotta da Cascina La Barbatella nel cuore del Nizza DOCG. Le uve provengono da vigneti esposti a sud, piantati nel 1950, conferendo al vino una straordinaria complessità e profondità. La vinificazione prevede una fermentazione in acciaio per 20 giorni, seguita da un affinamento in barrique di rovere francese per 12-15 mesi, ulteriori 6 mesi in acciaio e 12 mesi in bottiglia. Al naso, sprigiona intensi aromi di frutta matura e spezie, mentre al palato si distingue per la sua struttura equilibrata, una piacevole acidità e un finale lungo e persistente. Perfetto in abbinamento con carni rosse, selvaggina e formaggi stagionati.
