Damilano - Barbera d'Asti DOCG "Zero Sette"

La Barbera d'Asti "Zero Sette" di Damilano è un rosso piemontese che esprime tutta la tipicità del vitigno in chiave moderna e raffinata.
La vinificazione avviene in acciaio inox a temperatura controllata, seguita da un breve affinamento in bottiglia per preservare la freschezza e la fragranza del frutto.
Alla vista si presenta di un colore rosso rubino brillante, al naso sprigiona profumi intensi di ciliegia, prugna e violetta con lievi accenni speziati, mentre al palato è morbido, equilibrato e di piacevole persistenza.
Perfetto in abbinamento con primi piatti saporiti, carni bianche, arrosti leggeri e formaggi di media stagionatura.
