Il Barbaresco "Rivetti" di Dante Rivetti è un Nebbiolo di grande finezza che nasce da vigneti particolarmente vocati, espressione autentica della tradizione e dell’eleganza che caratterizzano questa denominazione storica.
La vinificazione avviene con macerazioni lunghe e un affinamento in botti di rovere, seguito da un periodo in bottiglia che ne completa il profilo rendendolo equilibrato e complesso.
Il colore è granato intenso e brillante. Al naso regala aromi di frutti rossi maturi, viola appassita, spezie fini e leggere note di cuoio e sottobosco. Al palato è strutturato e vellutato, con tannini decisi ma ben integrati e una persistenza lunga e armonica.
Si abbina perfettamente a piatti importanti della cucina piemontese come brasati, arrosti, selvaggina e formaggi stagionati, rivelandosi ideale anche per accompagnare occasioni conviviali di prestigio.
