Il "La Licorne Bas Armagnac XO 12 ans" è un distillato pregiato e avvolgente, proveniente dalla storica regione del Bas Armagnac, celebre per la produzione di Armagnac eleganti e profondi.
Invecchiato per almeno 12 anni in botti di rovere, questo XO esprime una complessità aromatica straordinaria e una morbidezza che conquista fin dal primo sorso.
La distillazione avviene con metodo continuo, seguito da un lungo affinamento in legno che arricchisce il distillato di sfumature speziate e vellutate.
Alla vista si presenta di colore ambrato intenso con riflessi dorati.
Al naso è ricco e fine, con note di frutta secca, albicocca disidratata, vaniglia, caramello, cacao, tabacco e legno tostato.
Al palato è morbido, rotondo e persistente, con un perfetto equilibrio tra calore, dolcezza e intensità aromatica.
Ideale come distillato da meditazione, da gustare liscio in calice ballon, magari accompagnato da cioccolato fondente o un buon sigaro.
