Il Distillato d'Erbe Certosa dell'Hermitage della Distilleria San Giuseppe è un liquore raffinato che nasce da un'antica ricetta erboristica, caratterizzato da un perfetto equilibrio tra tradizione e artigianalità. La lavorazione prevede la distillazione di un'accurata selezione di erbe aromatiche, radici e spezie, con un lungo periodo di infusione che consente di estrarre le essenze più pregiate e armoniose. Alla vista si presenta limpido con riflessi verdi dorati. Al naso si apre con un bouquet complesso di erbe balsamiche, note resinose, sentori di liquirizia e leggere sfumature agrumate. Al palato è morbido, avvolgente e persistente, con un perfetto bilanciamento tra dolcezza, amaricante e freschezza erbacea.
