Durata della maturazione Almeno 20 mesi sui lieviti selezionati in proprie colture.

Zona di produzione Diversi comuni della Val d’Adige, Val di Cembra e Valle dei Laghi, in vigneti esposti a sud-est e sud-ovest alle pendici dei monti del Trentino.

Gradazione alcolica 12.5% vol.

NOTE DI DEGUSTAZIONE

Esame visivo Brioso giallo paglierino con tenui riflessi verdolini. Perlage fine e persistente.

Olfattivo Fresco e intenso, con un’ampia nota fruttata di mela golden matura e fiori di campo, sottolineata da una delicata fragranza di lievito.

Gustativo Armonico ed equilibrato, con un piacevole fondo di frutta matura e sentori di crosta di pane.
