Il Timorasso "Derthona" di La Spinetta è un vino bianco di grande personalità, prodotto sulle colline tortonesi da un vitigno autoctono riscoperto e valorizzato per la sua struttura e longevità. La vinificazione avviene in acciaio con affinamento sui lieviti per diversi mesi, conferendo complessità e profondità al sorso. Il colore è giallo dorato luminoso. Al naso esprime note di fiori bianchi, frutta gialla matura, agrumi canditi e leggere sfumature minerali. In bocca è ricco, avvolgente e sapido, con un finale persistente che richiama la pietra focaia. Si abbina splendidamente a piatti di pesce elaborati, carni bianche, formaggi stagionati e risotti ai funghi.
